Erica is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Human Dimensions of Organizations. As one of the earliest members of the Neatly & Co team, her role has evolved overtime, leading to her current role as the lead project manager for organizational design.

Caroline leads the design efforts at Neatly & Co, where she brings her creative vision and strategic thinking to life in designing spaces and new builds.

John is the Team Support Lead & Operations Coordinator at Neatly & Co., where he leads digital transformation, AI-driven workflow optimizations, and process innovation. Originally from Windermere, Florida, with Dominican heritage, he brings fluent Spanish and extensive experience in global product sourcing and website design. John holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida State University and is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Marie Sullivan brings a wealth of organizational expertise to Neatly & Co. as Office Manager and Organizer. Specializing in organizing clients’ houses, offices, and garages, she ensures that each space is optimized for efficiency and functionality, bringing order and clarity to every project.
